Please read these terms carefully before using Listing Genius.

By creating an account or using Listing Genius, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

POLICY

Acceptable Use Policy

By using ListingGenius, you agree not to:

Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to make bulk requests to our generation API without an Agency plan
Share your account credentials with other users — each account is for one individual user only
Resell, sublicense, or white-label AI-generated listings as a standalone service to third parties without an Agency plan
Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or circumvent our rate limiting or authentication systems
Generate listings for prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal products
Use the service in any way that violates Etsy's policies or applicable laws

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Rate Limiting & Fair Use

Free accounts are limited to 3 listing generations per 30-day period. Pro and Agency accounts receive unlimited generations subject to fair use. We implement rate limiting (currently 10 requests per minute per IP address) to protect service availability for all users. Excessive or abusive usage patterns may result in temporary throttling or permanent account suspension at our sole discretion.

The Service

Listing Genius provides an AI-powered tool that generates optimized product listings for Etsy sellers. We use artificial intelligence to create titles, descriptions, and tags based on information you provide — including text descriptions and product images you upload. Our service also includes keyword research, competitor analysis, and bulk listing generation capabilities.

—Generated listings are suggestions — always review before publishing

—We do not guarantee specific sales results or Etsy rankings

—Service availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance

—Image analysis, bulk generation, keyword research, and competitor analysis are core features of the platform

—Bulk generation and certain advanced features (keyword research, competitor analysis) are limited to Pro and Agency plans

—Images uploaded for listing generation are processed by our AI and are not stored permanently — images are used solely for generating your listing and are discarded after processing

Account Responsibilities

—You must be 18 or older to use this service

—You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

—You may not share your account credentials with others

—You are responsible for all activity under your account

—Provide accurate information when creating your account

Payments & Subscriptions

—Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected

—Payments processed securely by Stripe

—Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

—You may cancel at any time from your account settings

—No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

Intellectual Property

AI-generated listings are provided for your use. You own the listings you create with our tool. Listing Genius retains ownership of the platform, technology, and underlying AI systems. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our platform.

Prohibited Uses

—Using the service to generate misleading or fraudulent listings

—Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our technology

—Sharing account access with non-subscribers

—Using automated scripts to abuse the service

—Violating Etsy Terms of Service with generated content

Disclaimers

Listing Genius is provided as is. We do not guarantee that generated listings will result in increased sales or improved Etsy rankings. AI-generated content should always be reviewed before publishing. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listing Genius shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However we will issue refunds in cases of: billing errors, duplicate charges, or service being unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours. Contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
