Due to the digital nature of our service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. You have access to the full service for the entire paid period regardless of whether you use it.
Contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@mylistinggenius.com. Include your account email, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
support@mylistinggenius.comYou may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
If we offer a free trial, no charge will occur until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial period without any charge. We will send a reminder before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive for distance sales. To exercise this right, contact us at support@mylistinggenius.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. If you have already used the service during this period, a pro-rated refund may apply.
